In order from useful to a complete waste it goes Bar Smarts, European Bartending School then wayy out in last place, is A Ba Above.īarSmarts covers the most ground and far as history, recipes and basic behind the bar know-how. I've done the BarSmarts course, A Bar Above's mixology course, and passed all three online courses offered by European Bartending. I've taken a bunch of course during the various lockdowns, just as a way to keep sharp for when I get back behind the bar and to learn a little history and production methods along the way.
